    Hey, according to Trickshaw's math and research found here, constitution does not actually add anything to offense. THe "Resistance Ignored" is actually "-1%" not +1%" and what this means is that it is basically a pure PvP stat that reduces the amount of Armor Penetration the enemy has against you. So if his work is correct, it is a "Limited Defense" perk I would say.
