Bugged Icons

When I press "P" in-game to bring up the powers page, a few of my icons are freaking out. The first 4 or 5 in Tier 1 are flashing uncontrollably. It makes it hard to click on them to upgrade. I guess to better describe what I am seeing is it looks like two icons are on top of each other and they are flashing one after another. I tried to take a screenshot, but it doesn't capture what it is doing.

I am playing as a fresh Guardian Fighter, so Im not sure if this is linked to a tutorial problem.

I have tried to relog a few times and it did not fix it.

    Having the same problem.

    The icons seem to be rotating and it is hard to click the desired one at the right moment. -- I have already upgraded a few unwanted powers inadvertently.

    Deleting the preferences file did have no effect, so I guess I won't try the new system this weekend I wait instead for the headstart.
