Looking at the Dungeons & Dragons Players Handbook 4Th Edition (PFB4E) you will see that Great Weapon Fighter and Guardian are initial sugetions of build to a characeter classe named just Fighter (PHB pg. 76), as follow:
"Great Weapon Fighter
You’re interested in dealing out the most damage you can. You prefer big two-handed weapons such as the greatsword or greataxe. You’re more interested in fighting hard than fighting smart. Your best abil-ity score is definitely Strength. A good Constitution improves your ability to use high damage weapons, such as axes and hammers. Plus, extra hit points always help. Select powers that work well with two-handed weapons to make the most of this build: Suggested Feat:Power Attack (Human feat: Action Surge) Suggested Skills:Athletics, Endurance, Intimidate Suggested At-Will Powers:cleave, reaping strike Suggested Encounter Power:spinning sweep Suggested Daily Power:brute strike.
Guardian Fighter
To fight better, you fight smarter. You’re willing to trade offense for superior defenses and better abil-ity to control the battlefield around you. You fight with a heavy shield and a good one-handed weapon, such as a longsword, f lail, or battleaxe. Like the great weapon fighter, you make Strength your best ability score. After that, prioritize your Dexterity to take advantage of weapons that can be improved by Dexterity-based feats, or your Wisdom to make the
most of the combat superiority class feature. You’re hard to hurt and hard to move away from. Select powers that make use of your one-handed weapon and shield, as well as take advantage of your higher Dexterity score.
Suggested Feat:Weapon Focus (Human feat: Human Perseverance) Suggested Skills:Heal, Intimidate, Streetwise
Suggested At-Will Powers:sure strike, tide of iron Suggested Encounter Power:covering attack Suggested Daily Power:comeback strike.
Reading about the classes in PHB is easy to know that all Neverwinter Online classes are based on builds of the main classes suggested in this book, like: rouge trickster, devoted cleric and wizard control. So, actually, NWO has: 2 Fighets (Great Weapon and Guardian), 1 Cleric (devoted), 1 Rougue (trickster) and 1 Wizard (control). Just four classes, as define DnD PHB in which the game is based. And, you can note also that the mentioned core book specified others builds for the same original classes like: Wizard War, the Battle Cleric, the Brawny Rouge, among others non mencioned classes.
These facts lets me to some questions: Where is the other classes like: Paladin, Ranger, and Warlock Warlord also listeds on the PHB? All the races of PHP is in beta of NWO! All the classes will be there too? And of the other PHB 2 and 3 classes? All the classes will be based on the builds of PHB classes? Will we have more than one classe for wich original D&D class as occurs with the figher? Will be great if we can play with two or more builds of rougue, wizard and cleric, like the related: Wizard War, the Battle Cleric and the Brawny Rougue. D&D content for this kind of matters is huge.
Anyone knows anything about this? What to you think about this?
Sorry for my poor english. Its not my native language.

The basic answer is - they are not ready yet and they will be added later. The reason about it is simple - money and time. There are a lot of things to implement in this game that are yet to be seen but as time go the development costs money and the technical side of the game gets dated. This is why the game is released in a playable state without all the content being in it.
Yes, i think they will, in future, implement many other classes and races because it will be a way to gain some money. But about the end game. What news they will bring to us treating about classes? Do you believe in a endgame without all the classes listed in phb one? I think it is necessary, talking about anything based on dnd, at less a archer ranger.

Well, we have basically all the roles in a group - melee and ranged DPS, healer, tank, crowd control and some support functionality. I think the endgame will be fine - there seems to be enough content to support the end-game and the foundry will help as well. Cryptic have said that they will add group-mission functionality to the foundry as well which means that we will basically have unlimited amount of end-game dungeons at some point. Well, that's in theory anyway - nobody have seen how the endgame works yet
