Level Cap on Dungeons.

Why is there a hard level cap on allowing people to go into dungeons? I have missed going to dungeons because I have out leveled them while doing quests. Is this something that is set in stone?

    Most likely there will be a Mentor program where you can artificially lower your level to group with lower level friends for dungeons and quests (every other Cryptic game has this). I also wouldn't be surprised if most of these dungeons are available again at level cap, as many MMOs do this as a sort of end-game project.
