Character from Beta weekend 1

My character from the first beta weekend did not show up. I submitted 2 tickets - unsure if I did the first one correctly. I never got a reply.

Is the character I made on the first beta weekend gone or ....?

Gone. Characters were wiped between BWE1 and BWE2.
We're unsure if they will be between 2 & 3 from what I've seen in forums.
