Since report a bug seems to be bugged

Here are a few bugs I have seen and not found any info on
1. I have found boots that have no class listed on them. My wizard meets or exceeds the requirements however, they show unable to equip."
2. 0n more then one toon i get a system notification stating that i have mail when i get to the mail carrier I have no mail.
3. The report a bug option is bugged and so is the GM option The bug never lets you submit and all the buttons are grey. the GM option states unable to connect at this time.
Other then that it a great game!
