No way to get out of a Foundry Instance?

Was in a group doing the Bar Fight Foundry instance. Two of our players went to the wrong area. The three of us that entered the correct instance had no way to exit and the others could not enter. We all had to abandon the quest and run back to the Job board to pick it up again. Not having an exit is a real problem and causes frustration since this was the third quest we had to abandon due to no exits.

    Near your spawn point should be an emergency exit in most of the foundry quests.

    We had this issue as well. We'd complete the quest and go to the door, but it wouldn't open.
