Is it possible to get a refund on Founder's Pack purchase?

I did not see a customer service forum, so I am posting this here.

Pretty straight forward question. If one has purchased a founder's pack, and has decided they do not want it, is it possible to get a refund? The product has not actually been delivered, so it is basically a preorder.

If so, how would one go about doing this?

    I would suggest you open a ticket on this and request a refund that way.

    At very top of your screen you should see a link called "support"...go there.

    sending in a ticket would be your best bet but i doubt you will get a refund because one of the main things from the packs was getting access into the first beta and since that time has already passed and that beta is now over youve basically already (used) one of the things sold to you and it is basically a non refundable item (time). i doubt youll get a refund but a ticket would be your best bet.
