Maelstrom Cloak, bug of feature??

sooooo, i got this Maelstrom Cloak from somewhere (forgot where :p)
when i have it equipped, my character voice changes to another set that's more like an undead
he grunts and growls instead of his usual human voice
if i take off the cloak, his voice goes back to normal

bug or feature?? :D

    My character didn't have a voice.:confused: They were supposed to have voices?

    I got mine from the Seacaves some minutes before the end of the beta weekend.

    haha, they don't actually say anything
    but they do have their grunts for performing physical tasks :p

    I kept having my cloak flip into my head/forward whenever I was on my horse... Kind of annoying. I didn't really notice the character voice/grunts changing though.
