Random item in the inventory will just show up as red blocks. You can still see the description when you hover mouse over item however.

    I can confirm that I see this happening as well. So far I've only noticed it on items that are supposed to be red to me because they are for the wrong class.

    What item is it? For example for me, I am playing a Rogue so any type of GREAVES is an automatic red block graphic icon.

    The irony is that all my other items that I cant equip I get a logo graphic for it. But I have received Tempered Greaves and Smiting Greaves and its just a red blob/block only for Graphic Icon in Inventory.

    Again like I said, so far for me its only related to "GREAVES"

    I have had this problem, too. Most of the items were for the great weapon fighter. As it is not playable yet, I was wondering if the red block was just so people would ignore the items, or someone missed tagging them with icons.
