For the most part by the time there are open beta weekends it is open to the 'general' public and streaming / youtubing is just going to drum up easy marketing. There are going to be flaws at launch too, and there will definitely be streams then.
I believe it would benefit guild leaders to know if the NDA will be lifted or not, so we can moderate our forums accordingly. So hopefully its made public one way or the other.

I am concerned about this to and would be really nice to know. Currently running a raffle for my guild to see who gets my friends key but would love to show pics and videos to the people who don't get in. IMO more pics and videos out there would help promote the game :-)

NDA is almost impossible to enforce these days. Stuff will end up on Youtube regardless so I doubt they will have one. Beta testing has changed.
It's no longer treated as an actual test phase by most players, it's seen as a chance to get a first impression or preview of a game. Developers know this which is why they are now selling the opportunity to get into Beta.
Chances are the first weekend, any info released will be pre-screened videos from high traffic websites to drive up the hype. Maybe the second and third weekends will be a full NDA release so people can post videos of what they're doing. At least that's what I'd do to drive hype.
This is only marketed as beta, I don't even know if there is a NDA at this point, but I highly doubt it. Either way, they wouldn't ever enforce it by now anyway, because of the backlash that would cause now.
