Celestial Mantel not showing in preview for some characters, while showing for others.

I'm having a small issue with the Celestial Mantel's preview functionality. After receiving the item from opening an Auril's Favor during Winterfest, I noticed it did not appear in my character's preview window, but later when playing a different character and previewing a different gear piece I saw it show for that character. This behavior appears incorrect since previewing items should display consistently across all characters, just like all other gear items. I tested this on my other 21 characters, all with various races and classes.
I believe it might be the Deity Worshipped as being the determining factor whether it appears correctly.
The fact that the item is supposed to display deity symbols on the back further supports this conclusion.
The mantel preview works correctly for characters worshipping: Amaunator, Chauntea, Leira, Oghma, Silvanus, Torm, Tymora, Tyr, Moradin, and Sune
However, the preview fails to display for characters worshipping: Helm, Ilmater, Lathander, Mielikki, Mystra, Selune, Bahamut, and Mask
Since the Celestial Mantel is designed to display deity symbols, this suggests there may be an issue with how the preview system handles certain deity symbols.

*For the Races Menzo Elf, Aasimar, and Wood Elf it both appears and does not appear.
*For the Classes Ranger, Paladin, Wizard, and Warlock it both appears and does not appear.
*For classes with gear worn on their back it both appears and does not appear, so not a conflict with a Shield, Great Sword, or Lute
*For Deities Worshipped there are no conflicts.
I have yet to turn the Celestial Mantel into a transmute item, for fear of losing the ability to test it and also wasting it (although it IS character bound).
OR perhaps it will actually appear for ANY character once it is turned into a transmute item and still would work for me if I changed my appearance normally, regardless of it's preview-ability. In which case I am simply being an overly cautious worry-wart.
