The Cloaked Ascendancy node completed, reward not given...

:::This will be a near word-4-word copy/paste from my E-mail interaction with "GMs."::::
On my character "Tycho Agathon" I have completed the campaign task "Investigate Nostura," yet, I still have the quest needing to be finished in my quest list. Is there something I'm missing in order to clear our that quest? I thought, if I could go to Nostura's demiplane, i could/would complete it, but the map says that I require a stone... (like the other 2, which I've got the boxes for, and i have stones for the other 2), So, I'm guessing that I cannot get the stone until I complete the "investigate" quest. As I've already got the task completed, but still have the quest, i cannot complete the task again
That's the point of my mail... I can't get the stone to get into the portal. I have no other options involving the fay area. I even tried abandoning the quest and reacquiring the quest, it reset itself back to the scene you can see on the left side of the pic. All of the objectives on the right have been finalized. I've tried researching the who, where and what must be done on this quest line and all the sites I've come across (and I believe Gamepedia was one of them) have only listed the objectives with no other detail.
If there is a vital step I'm missing, I don't know about it, and the quest isn't giving any direction path to follow.
(I was given 3 "GamePedia" links to look into, essentially providing a walk-through for the Nostura quest-line...)
---Also, not sure if this is an issue or not, but I've had ahold of the original quest(s) prior to the over-simplifing system that it is today, i.e., back from when it was first released years ago. Which is why I though an abandon/reset would help fix it, like it did with the "Chasm" style boss. (Blue fire).---
After going over the 3 links that were suggested to me, on "Gamepedia," it would appear that my original picture file was not received (or was disregarded--Original Picture is not included in this submission). According to the 3 links, it is assumed that I'm missing the "Investigate Nostura" node on the overly-simplified Campaign "map," that is leading me to not have a completed quest point in the "Defeat Nostura" quest. This is NOT the case, as I originally stated, my "Investigate Nostura" node is "completed" (pictures will be attached). As I had originally stated, ALL nodes (with the exception of the 5th Boon node) are marked "Completed" but I have not received credit for the "Investigate Nostura." So, my "Defeat Nostura" quest line is currently hung up and *waiting* for the completion of "Investigate Nostura's Past.".... As you should be able to see in the 3 pics that will be attached to this update. The Gamepedia links will do me no good until it can be determined "why" my "Investigate" node is complete but I didn't get the completion in the quest. Furthermore, the other 2 links provided to me, requires me to get a Portal Stone and a Quest Prompt from 2 NPCs.... This CANNOT BE DONE until my "Investigate Nostura's Past" checkpoint is resolved in the quest, and that cannot be resolved until the "Investigate Nostura" node is completed, but the node is already completed... (here's hoping these 3 pics go through.)
(apologies on this last, as my patience was wearing thin, having to repeat myself of the legitimacy of my situation.)
---As per the ArcGames forums, I cannot seem to find (for this discussion/thread) an "Attach File" button, so that I can attach the 3 necessary screenshots associated with my situation. So, with that in mind, the most recent "GM" that has made an attempt to assist me is "GM Kezo" who recommended I submit a New Discussion here. I will be sending them a link, once this posts, and hopefully they can provide the pertinent pic necessary.
