Can’t claim rewards in newest campaign

in Bug Reports (PC)
I can’t claim any rewards from the As above so below campaign. Can this be fixed and the missing items sent to me?

    Campaign rewards can be claimed (this time apparently) only on one/first character you claim the reward. Any other character you play this campaign will get nothing. Devs should have warned about it.
    Not sure if bug, but already discussed here.

    Now it appears that the character that claimed the fashion and pet items can reclaim an account bound version of both that can be moved to alt via the account bank/mail. Haven't played a second character to see if they can be claimed by normal campaign progress.

    This character claimed the first 3 prizes but not the 4th. The first and 4th are available in claim agent for this character.
