Rogue teleportation skills not working properly since M30

Hello,
I want to report an issue with rogue teleportation skills (like Vengeance's pursuit, Lurker's assault..), for some reason using these skills from particular angles will perform the attack but while standing still (you do the damage but with no teleportation), from testing this for a while i suspect this is caused by uneven terrain between you and your target as jumping before attacking will make these skills work fine.
I am pretty sure this started with M30 as i was using them without any issue a week before launch.
