Not getting rewards in Return To Pirates Skyhold

This is the screen I have after the latest patch and the latest character I have started the campaign with. It shows the item now and the checkmark that I have claimed this, but it is not in my inventory. Right now, one character can claim items, but any other character can not after that. To reproduce you need to get to 100 in Return to Pirates Skyhold and claim the reward. You will get the checkmark, but the item will not be in the inventory.

This is still not working after the patch on 11-26-2024.

This is especially frustrating to those of us who foolishly bought the campaign pack. I had to choose to get no rewards so I could progress in the campaign since you require acceptance to move story quest line.
