Not receiving the Unfathomable Spoils currency
In the first few days of the Master Dread Sanctum there was a bug where upon completion of the dungeon if everyone did not use the portal to transfer instances quickly those who lingered after killing the brain would not receive the Unfathomable Spoils currency.
This happened to many of my friends who completed the Master Dread Sanctum before the hot fix they came out with a few days after the dungeon came out.
I have provided photos proving that I have zero currency despite having the achievement for completing the master dungeon on multiple toons.
