Couldn’t obtain new rewards from the previous battle pass due to it ending early (Mt hotenow one)

Wanted to ask other people here if they also knew of this issue, it’s been discussed with a couple people in the discord but I haven’t seen it here. It could’ve been earlier but I noticed we were locked out of progressing the battle pass on the 14th of November which was 5 days earlier than when it ended. We payed for this, it’s misleading/deceptive and it’s a breach of consumer law here in Australia.

While I already had all 3 campaigns @100% long time ago, I definitely saw Bonus Progress was "frozen" days before.
"First Contact" event, a year ago, had something similar (you couldn't achieve progress on first week when "last chance" kicked in). They issued points for each three campaigns by sending ingame mail.
