This thread is to report bugs related to the new content or that began with the release of As Above, So Below - Return to Pirates' Skyhold. Please do not report previously discovered bugs (either on live or on preview) or general feedback. All unrelated comments will be moved so that the team can better focus on the new issues.

NOTE: If you post an issue on this thread, please be assured that it is being read. Time will be spent reviewing issues and escalating them as efficiently as possible. We are not able to respond or give detailed updates to each individual post but all feedback and reports are being received.

Purchased Bard Bloodbrass Lute from Bounty Master on Ranger but unable to play songs with it on Bard.

I have several issues. Bloodbrass lute cannot be used to play songs. Won’t take hot key play either. Will only play loaded song “q”, that’s it. Next issue similar to everyone else. Campaign completion is not working. Could not claim 1st level on but one char. Could not claim 2nd, 3rd, and 4th on any chars. Marked as claimed but not on char for all my chars. I contacted support about both they stated a fix would come out the third week. I didn’t get my progression rewards. Ty for fixing presto. I have him on all chars now. Please fix the rest. That would be swell.

Still cannot play purchased lute with most recent patch.

On several of my toons when claiming the boons from campaign window the currency was taken but the boon point was not given and now that window is closed.

My Wizard is missing 2 boons and my Warlock is now missing 1. It seems that the code used to prevent alternate characters from receiving rewards from the campaign page was mistakenly applied to the boon button. the easy fix is allow all chars to receive the campaign rewards. the tough fix is to remove the code from the bottom two buttons. anyway This problem will affect all players with multiple Characters so option A allowing all characters to receive ALL the rewards would be your easiest fix and frankly there was no reason to prevent them from collecting in the first place as the rewards are generic anyway and not much incentive to even participate in the campaign in the first place. 100,000 AD is one day's grind. Stop being so CHEAP!!!

Why are my tickets being marked solved when they have not been? You can patch the presents in the ZEN store but cannot fix these issues? Second purchased lute from Bounty Master STILL cannot be used to play anything but R1 pinned song.

Because for their support. when they consider they can't do anything about it themselves, they close the ticket as 'well, I can't do anything more. This is done.'. That is why their support is .......

I asked the same question years ago. I got a template answer.

"The ticket has been marked as "Solved" as no other information is required but you should still be able to update the ticket if you have encountered other problems related to what you have reported. "
