Connection problems (PC)

Hi, I have a problem with connecting to my account. Every time I want to turn on the game and log in to game, I have a ping about 40 000 - 50 000 and a big packet loss. When I turn on another game I dont have this problem, other games work fine. This is the only problem I have with Neverwinter. I cant play it at all because the character in the game is freezing , laggimg and disconnecting me from the game.

You have no problem connecting to other sites.
Most players have no problem connecting to Neverwinter game server.
That means there is a problem on the direct route (chosen by your ISP) from your home to Neverwinter server. The issue is the gateway(s) between your ISP and Neverwinter server.
One way is to go with a different route to reach Neverwinter such as using a proxy server, or vpn, or ...

This is the instruction of figuring out which gateways causes the lag.

Ok, Step 4 -> Right-click on the window. What window they mean ?

The command prompt windows. What it wants you to do is to 'select', 'copy' and 'paste'.

However, certain command prompt windows does not do the 'right click' to pop a menu to 'select' (from its step 4 to 7). That could be your case.
You probably need to use the mouse to 'select' and then 'copy' and then 'paste'.

OK, now I have all, but what means with last step ? -> Include in the body of your e-mail what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

This is only to tell which gateway your route has problem with. You can tell your ISP about it but I doubt it will yield anything fruitful. e.g. "hey! I try to connect to this IP address nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn and this is the tracert result. There is a hub somegateway.someispdomain.net in between has serious lag. Can you do something about your routing table to bypass that hub?"

Usually, you will need to figure out how to avoid the trouble route by using proxy server or vpn yourself. If you don't know anything about that, there is not much you can do.
