Crimson Scalebreaker's Rebel Shroud not shown when equipped

I equip other head gear & it is displayed properly. However when I equip my [Ancient Scalebreaker's Shroud] & my [Crimson Scalebreaker's Rebel Shroud], neither of these are displayed ... I appear to have NO head gear equipped.

Others have advised me that I have a setting that is blocking these items from being displayed, but I cannot find anything that has ONLY these 2 items turned off. I have even had other players tell me that theirs displays properly & they don't have this same problem that I have.

IDK if there is a flag or something in the database that has this disabled. Please resolve this.

For whatever it worth, my female drow ranger can show it.




I think there is something you wear has conflict with this piece of head gear. Yes, it is a bug.
In order to find out what it could be, take off all the gears and just wear the head gear to see if it shows.
If it does, add other gear one by one.

I am unaware of any other place that would affect character appearance.

What is the race? Elf? May be race related. Or, gender.
