I'm having an issue with a Celestial ench that I cannot reclaim.
The celestial ench is bound to my character and was correctly upgraded via reclaim agent but doesn't have the (R) next to it like all others.

You have a 'regular' Celestial. You need to use it to 'buy/unlock' the "Celestial (R) re-claim ability" in Reclaim agent. Your Celestial (no R) will disappear (because you spend that to do the 'buy/unlock').

After that, you are required to have a Mythic (R) in your inventory to 'buy/reclaim' Celestial (R) from Reclaim Agent.

Since your mythic (R) was used to upgrade, you don't have one in your inventory anymore. You need to go to Reclaim Agent to claim a mythic (R) again. Use that Mythic (R) to claim Celestial (R) from reclaim agent.
