Buying Zen

I don't usually have a problem purchasing Zen but today was ridiculous. I didn't end up buying anything. But whoever is in charge of the coding or whatever you call it for buying Zen should be fired, this is not how you run a business. I went through the whole extremely boring idiotic thing of marking all the motorcycles, fire hydrants, buses, crosswalks which felt endless and is totally asinine the amount. Then even though I was signed in to begin with they want my password again, I entered it and then they wanted the whole fire hydrants, buses etc HAMSTER again. I did that three times and said oh the h with you. If this was a business I owned and an employee made it this difficult for someone to purchase a lousy 50 dollars they would be gone. 1. You do not need so much of that captcha HAMSTER to know its a person, 2, why would you ask for a signed in persons password 3. Why would you loop it back once they signed in again. You are all fried or something.
