Item can't be removed from Guild Bank

I'm the Guild Leader, and I noticed a stack of 30 Blackdagger Insignias in the Guild Bank. Obviously, they aren't of any use anymore, but I can't withdraw it, or move it, or destroy it. When I try to move it or withdraw it, I get either "The Item does not go there." or if I try to move it to the wealth tab or the adventuring items tab I get, "You cannot destroy an item directly from the Guild Bank. You must withdraw the item first."

I created a support ticket, but they basically replied with, go post it in Bug Reports... Any ideas?

Try moving an item from your inventory to the space holding the insignia.

So, I did that, and I got disconnected. So, I logged back in and took something else out first, then tried to put it back in the stack of insignias, and got disconnected again. I logged back in (interestingly enough, to the place I originally logged in at, not in front of the Guild Banker), and I moved the item I took out back into the guild bank, then I took another item and tried to put it in the insignia's spot, and got disconnected again.

That seems like a bug to me...

That seems like a bug to me...

I take that your 'disconnect' is a crash.
If the program crash, it is for sure a bug.
If the program somehow disconnect from the server, it is a bug.
