Advanced Defense of the Moondancer: Game crash

When tanking ADoM i regularily have crashes at the boss. It happened 2 times today already. It does not happen always but already too often. Outside of ADoM i hardly have any crashes so i assume that there is something special.
Repro Steps:
1. Enter ADoM
2. Tank the boss and be the main tank when saboteur + doctor spawn
3. (Not sure) look towards the door
4. It crashes
The expected behavior is that it should not crash, because if the main-tank disappears then the boss receives too much damage, then enters the last stage too early and a wipe is pretty certain.
