unable to retrain boons

On my Barbarian I have 6 loadouts, on 5 of them I can retrain boons if desired, but on one loadout the 'retrain boons' button is grayed out and I am unable to select. Does anyone know why or what I can do to correct?

    Do you have any retraining tokens available on that character, if not you may need to spend the 60,000 Diamonds to retrain.

    You can check your inventory to see if you have any retraining token and how many of them.
