Boon rework bugs

So you have 2 major bugs with the boons which Aragon recently made a YouTube video about, it's ridiculous that people might get caught out and end up spending far more boons than they should have more over you have made it pointless for healers to eben bother with master boons as the two that are clearly meant for healers are bugged and don't activate if the healer has them they only activate if the target of the heal has the boon, this surely is broken and needs fixing asap otherwise your causing tanks and or dps who want to improve their survivability to pull a ton of boon points out of nowhere, you've already causes some to waste ad on retraining after wasting their 1 free token not realising the bugs beforehand....fix this please
