Error message?

Has anyone else been getting a error message when they try to play Neverwinter? When ever I try to start it up, I will get so far then a blue screen and an error message pop up. Deleting and reinstalling to see if that helps, just wondered if anyone else had the same problem. Sorry if this is the wrong spot for this message.
