Warlock Soulweaver Incoming Healing Bug

All other healing classes get their shielding properly affected by the target's Incoming Healing, but the shields from Warlocks seem to be unaffected by it.



As the image shows, a 25% decrease in the target's Incoming Healing has no effect on how large of a shield they get from Infernal Barrier, in fact it goes up a little due to some stats moving around. The correct behavior would be the Infernal Barrier to decrease a noticeable amount when the target has -25% Incoming Healing compared to the control test. The other two tests show that Power and Outgoing Healing properly increase the amount shielded for. Incoming Healing's lack of effect is a serious bug that drastically decreases the strength of Soulweaver shielding and leaves the class only able to shield for about 10% HP in endgame trials where many other sources of shielding from other classes is much larger.

All of these tests were done in the training room with no possibility for additional procs, stat changes or buffs. Tested again with Soul Barrier and Hellpact, they exhibit the same behavior, applying the same magnitude barrier since both of them are applying Infernal Barrier to targets affected by them.
