Concerning the dialogue in the soundtrack in the newer content (dragons, Northdark tower, etc):

    For both dragons and now Tower, I just turn Voice Volume to zero. Same thing on Vallenhas when Zariel and Bel start yammering... or all of Undermountain because of Jhesyria's prattle.
