Dismounted when mounting after changing loadout.

As recommended by a GM in respons to a ticket, here's the (possible) bug report.
Elaborating on what the title already states, for a short duration after changing loadouts, when I try to mount, I get 'knocked' prone off of it.
This happens one more time (if you try it again immediately), at which point everything seems to work as normal again.
As far as I remember, I've only had this happen to one character (Bard class).
There is no change in gear / companion / mount setup between loadouts. The only difference between them is that my 2nd loadout is the other paragon path (healer) and none of my ability scores and boons have been filled in and committed for this loadout.
These are the only things so far that I've been able to come up with that might be of interest.
