Zariel the Redeemed scam

At the beginning of August it was announced that players who previously received Zariel companion from the Redeemed Citadel event will additionally receive an unique version of it. It's been over 2 months and neither I nor any of my friends (from the top-100) have received it, but some players have already received it a long time ago. Are you going to send companions to the remaining players at all?

Interesting. I wonder if it's intentional (for some reason they didn't communicate) or whether it's a mistake.

All I can think of, maybe it depends on whether you still have your purple Zariel... or maybe whether you bound it?

Hello! I looked into the log of accounts that were sent the message (across all servers - Dragon, Drider, Lich, Balor) and all were successful but I will escalate for a more in-depth look in case something got missed.
