ardent coins not working in vault of piety

iv been trying to buy elixirs from the vault of piety for a couple days. when i click on the icon to buy them there is a single pop up in the lower right corner no matter how many times i click buy it will take my coins but not give me any elixirs. ive had this happen on 33 of my 34 characters. on the one outstanding character im able to actually buy the elixirs, for every time i press the buy button there is a pop up on the right side of the screen able to fill it from top to bottom. there is plenty of room in my characters bags and the elixirs are not going directly to my potion trey.
