The 20 enchanted dragon keys does not come with what they say it will AT ALL

I have purchased these twice, really for the potions and scroll of protection. They are suppose to be level 4, the scroll of protections I recieved were level 2 and the potions should have been labeled -4. They don't even last a minute and they are suppose to last 3600 seconds, and the potions use to last even if you died, so you could run back and still have the extra kick. How interesting they are now not being sold anywhere-except maybe the auction-that obviously is not just a random coincidence. Neverwinter needs to reimburse people with the right stuff that they purchased the keys for.
