The changes made to the Random Ques as well as the difficulty spike in Ancient Dragons is doing no favors in bringing in casuals / new players...
We have taken the most casual friendly trial in Tiamat & made it more difficult with little incentive to run due to lack of reward.
While also lowering the Rewards of The Random Trial Que while spiking the difficultly as CODG & Svar have lackluster completion ratios on console...
Ancient Dragon Ques are Rough as the difficulty is already beyond the casual base, add to it players allowing their conquest for gear gains hinder there own chances of success by applying modifiers beyond their capabilities...
Que up for an Evening of play and catch a few failed Ancient Dragon Que Runs and you’ve just sunk An Hour plus of game time with zero reward beyond the frustration of your endeavors lol...
100 Runs Of essentially the same fight with the Random Que success ratios of 50 / 50 as a generous best... yikes.
That’s just not Fun...
Advanced Dungeon Ques were already dead on console and now we have kneecapped the Trial Que leaving skirmish runs and Dungeon Ques with little reward...
If the new content in Ancient Dragon Runs is not Fun then what’s the point of investing time Earning Gear Upgrades when there is not any End Game content to use it?
There is Never any endgame in Neverwinter lol.
Why not a Kara style 10 man progression raid or some new enjoyable dungeons?
Some sort of endgame progression beyond doing the same fight 100 times to get dressed up with no place to go lol...?
Perhaps Tier it out with difficulty settings...?
We need a Fun injection pronto as logging in on a Friday Night to find an empty Guild Roster isn’t a sign of people enjoying the new content just a few weeks removed from Launch.
