Botters Galore

With the new dragon hunt mod being active and the ability to get resources from mobs for the armour purchases / and the modifier upgrades every map I go to is filled with botters actively farming these resources .
Maybe once in a while an event would be more carefully thought out to seriously minimise any botting ( the only 1 that comes to mind is when they changed the winter ice fishing event to occasionally bring up mobs that would attack you ) .

It's funny how games come up with grind that can be done more effectively by bots than humans. No wonder ppl turn to automation for repetitive boring tasks. It's a misconception that's easily avoidable by intelligent game design.

I'm as always not affected by bots. There are still enough spots to farm and I'm in no rush and only doing it for max 30 minutes per day. I can't endure much more.

The most annoying thing is the cooldown. I'd much rather have lower drop amounts without a CD.

Actually, hunts are being botted, ran across a few already in adult dragon runs. Fortunately, it does not appear to affect the outcome. Although, there was one where we did have to kick the bot player because me and the other active player both failed the first time through and we needed a restart and we started again before the new player could arrive so all they could do was leave or wait for us to finish. And that was actually my fault because I did not select reinforcements until after we started.

Is a trick a learned in old dungeon runs as once you get rid of the bot causing the problems you do not select reinforcements until after yo do that whole starting circle thing because the new reinforcement might just be another bot and really why take that chance of not being able to finish because of it.
