so i have been waitting 4 hrs and 23 mins to get into a random trial que for tiamat master i think it may be broken and not allowing people to join the que if someone could look into it that would be great thanks alot

It has only been available a few days so people on average have little knowledge of tactics and such.

It must have been pretty serious for them to reach that conclusion so fast.

Your are probably never gonna get a public queue for a master trial. It works that way for all master trials in Neverwinter. They are run almost exclusively through private queues. Especially with the dragon hunts out, next to nobody is running master tiamat. It's not broken, there is just nobody queuing for it.
