New Dragon Hunter Pack, what's Single verse Account-wide reclaim?

I mean someone said in ZONE chat the artifact set was Account-wide, yet just very surprised in this pack they don't clearly identify that. Cause in most Packs they are very clear saying what is Single Claim, verse the Account-wide reclaim.

I'd assume the Title and maybe the fashion is as well?


Clearly I'd assume the Mount, and Companion Tokens, along with Trade-Bars is a one time thing for sure. Still just surprised they don't better identify what's, well what.

    I chose not to buy this pack assuming it was all single purchase. I'm a big fan of account wide stuff and will wait for more vs doing a single purchase!

    Yea I'm also NOT buying it only because they don't say that any stuff is account-wide reclaim, unlike virtually every other Pack; which states very clearly which is and which is not. Means I'll likely have to wait for another good sale in 1-3 months time. I will assume something is account-wide, yet also want to be certain what I'm getting like you!

    I mean not every character will want the Artifact possibly, though most will want it; the artifact gear however is a lot more dependent upon Class of the Character.
