Can you please confirm if Confetti Machination in Elminster store is (or will be) account wide or it will stay as character bound?
The one in Eliminster store is Binds on Pickup (character).
The note in "5. Tell me about the Rewards I can earn." states it is account wide.
Will you just change the text and confirm that was a typo? Or, will you change the store item?
Or, Conffetti Machination in Elminister store is supposed to be character bound and there is another meant to get " Conffetti Machination - Account" such as through Protector's Hospitality?
