Blue Glazed Giant beetle & Emerald Beetle

I've seen plenty of Blue glazed giant beetles and emerald beetles running around in pc. However when I look them up online it shows they are only obtainable through Xbox one and PS4. My question is does anyone know where these PC Players are getting these mounts from?

    I don't know where they come from, but some new chase items were supposed to be added to each of the dungeons.

    Maybe it's a rare dungeon or dragon hunt drop?

    I was away for a while.

    All I know is that when I came back a few days ago I I was more than a little lost with the enchantment changes. I went to the rewards claims agent in the hopes of getting some new enchantments (that was what the note said when I had my old enchantments removed and mailed back to me, I believe) and they had a goodie bag for me.
    That bag included companions, collars, insignias, enchantments (the new ones), enhancements (also, the new ones), some artifacts (sword of Zariel which bound to the opener and a couple more piece of equipment artifacts of that set which are bound to account), an owl bear mount selection pack, a stick pony mount selection pack, and that blue glazed beetle mount.

    I was a bit lost given all the changes so I can't be much more specific than that.
