New Sharandar - Dark Fey Mire

I seem to have hit a wall in New Sharandar. I've completed the Ruins of Malabog and Old Grove sections and am working on Dark Fey Mire.

The problem is that I don't have any quests available to me beyond the heroics quests that reward me with the seeds I need to progress, though I have tons of quests for the sections I've already completed.

I did have some quests when I first opened the zone last week, and I completed those (except the heroics). Today is Monday, so the weekly reset just happened and I still don't have any new quests for this zone.

What am I missing? Can anyone help?

I don't know where you are in your progress but you need to talk to this guy at some point. Did you check?

I also remember there being only a repeatable quests at first until you progress enough through the campaign track.
