Will New Bone Devils Rib Cages Be Unbound Until Equipped

I noticed something.
"The Bone Devil’s Ribcage will otherwise remain the same. Players will still be able to farm and sell the Bone Devil’s Ribcage, or work towards the Tactful Leathers of the Dragon Hunter by completing the Dragonslayer Campaign. Pre-Dragonslayer, the Bone Devil’s Ribcage remains the most powerful piece of body slot equipment for players to earn and trade."
I fully expect this to be a misprint because the only way to sell or trade this is to trust other players with millions of AD worth of items in hopes they pass you the drop.
Or will it actually drop as bind on equip?

It would be a great qol change to allow players to buy/sell this piece safely, without having to worry about getting scammed!
With this piece being almost 2 years old now, and some new pieces coming out to potentially replace the ribcage I feel like it could be time for this change.
