Old enhancement that did not convert when the new enhancement system came online

With the last upgrade where enhancements changed to their current state, I was able to trade all in but one high level enhancement. I have a level 14 heart of fire rank 14 that did not convert and I cannot exchange this.
As the new enhancements are very expensive and take a long time to upgrade, I'd appreciate being able to convert this to a level 600 level enhancement or higher.

    No, it cannot be converted. Mainly because it was 'free' and many has many of them (one per character).
