Anyone else having trouble starting Sharandar masterwork?

I don't have a quest in the stronghold or sharandar. I have all professions done with chultan except 2 one of which was reset. I was on the 2nd part but now have to buy 1st part again.

    1. The character needs to have max level all profession.
    2. All profession has to buy all Chultan MW recipes (7 million AD total). Chultan MW recipes (bought in Stronghold using AD) is not Chultan recipes (bought in Port Nyanzaru using Chultan Riches).

    I was talking about the chultan masterwork. I have 2 left to do since one was reset. I had the 1st part complete and 2nd part half done but now have to buy 1 and 2
