As a player who has just started with MW, I find the recruitment of the important and valuable artisans very frustrating. At a time interval that I do not yet know, you get the opportunity to recruit new artisans. However, this is completely random and also depends on their rarity. After half a year I have recruited only 10% of the artisans I need for my MW. I also don't know of any way to speed up recruitment. Therefore my request: Rework the recruitment process so that it is easier to get the artisans you need.

It’s RNG on top of RNG. And even if you buy the artisan pack from the store, it’s STILL random stats, usually bad ones, so not worth the zen.

Effectively, you go to workshop once per day and hope you can get a decent artisan. To have higher possibility to get 'better' selection of artisan, you probably want to have many more workshop to 'diversify'. It takes years to get a decent 'team'. Many just did exactly that. However, the recent change that "requires" one character to have all MW in order to proceed further makes this harder.

If you could at least buy the artisan you need from the Zen store. But no, here it is also random. This seems like a trap to me. I don't want to wait more than a year to collect reasonably decent artisans. This is where the developers come in! Please take care of the problem.
