Should all Event items in "Your Collections" be attainable?

After exploring the collection page of the many events Neverwinter has hosted throughout the years, I notice that some of these item are impossible or near impossible even during the event to obtain.
examples:
DotDM: Portobello's Mitre, robe, kilt. (not offered in event)
Protector Jubilee: Seductive hat, shirt, pants (not offered in event)
Protectors Jubilee fashion (currency expires so even if players grind daily during event the currency and shop keep vanishes after event)
CTA dyes, weapons, mounts, companion (CTA discontinued even though they are tied to achievements and titles)
Some events like Feast of Lantern you would think the mounts, comps come back when that year returns but as some are bta or btc on purchase players cannot get off AH to complete collections.
In Decent into Avenus players who try there luck with the chest from bel currency can get btc fashion that they cannot use. why is this fashion not bta as instead of bound to chr on pickup. Its randomly generated gear that is sometimes not even usable.
Removal of dragon bone weapons
Oddly my Elemental Evil weapons has main hand for air, fire, and water but the offhand is greyed out,
Collection is entry point into the game that keep some players coming back.
Should it be possible for players to collect all items in the collections?
