Cannot access Sharandar MW

After 4/21 patch, I still cannot access Sharandar MW from the NPC. (I can access it on Preview though)

I don't know anyone else with this issue, I may need a dev to look at my account to see what is wrong. I have multiple professions at 20 with both Chultan MW recipes (also had at the time maxed out professions before all the format changes and reworks). @nitocris83

Not sure if anyone ever took a look at this, but I noticed late last night that I can't access sharandar masterwork either. I verified that I have both 1 and 2 of chultan MW, and still can't get the guy in sharandar OR the guy in the stronghold to talk to me. I can't even get it on preview, same deal.

still cant talk to NPC in Sharandar got all my MW lvl 20 and chultan too. Talked to guy in Stonghold but ... MPC Sharandar just say farewell.

I figured out what was wrong, I didn't have a few of the level 2 chultan recipes, because I don't tailor. But you need to have ALL Chultan MW recipes to unlock the Sharandar quest and dialogue choices.

I have the following situation:

- All professions at rank 20
- All Chultan Masterwork
- But, I'm missing "Chultan" from Alchemy somehow.

I did MW professions years ago when it was MW1-5 and had everything unlocked. When I check the Recipe Keeper in Chult, he has nothing for me to buy. When I go to the Stronghold or New Sharandar, none of the NPCs have any new quests for me to engage with for the Sharandar MW. I assume that the missing "Chultan" Alchemy is the culprit, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to address this. Any tips?

[EDIT: solved. I went to the Artisan in the Stronghold and found that Armorsmithing recipes were not purchased/unlocked, despite my having access to the recipes in professions. This is probably because I was grandfathered into Armorsmithing after having finished Platesmithing, but skipping Mailsmithing back when that was a thing -- you only had to have 1 of the 2 when they got combined in a prior set of MW changes & consolidations a few years back. Hopefully this helps folks who did MW ages ago before all the recent changes. Just needed to dish out an extra 1 mil AD for the 2 recipes.)

I can not access the Sharandar MW on my Xbox account! I have bought EVERYTHING even though I didn’t need the tools or the garbs as I have the Mythic Gond Hammer. All my Artisans are at level 20 and I’ve been making Chult MW stuff for months now. I’ve had a ticket open since 5/5, been told multiple contradictions from there is an issue and a patch will be issued in the next update to there isn’t an issue it’s you in the next paragraph.

I’ve uninstalled/installed the game to insure that wasn’t the issue. I’ve got a couple of friends that had the same issue and the devs helped them fix it, one even had a DEV SIGN INTO THEIR ACCT AND FIX IT, but the people running tickets deny it happened. I have 3+ guilds that rely on me to provide equipment to them, so it’s of the utmost importance that I have everything up to date.

Please help as the artisan, master of coins nor the dude in Sharandar have anything new for me. I’m begging you to fix this issue for me.
