Hastily Sharpened Blades (TR) not working

Last I checked in 2020 hastily sharpened blades causes my crit values to go up by a random 1-10% and works as intended

Now in Mod 22 I checked it on a dummy and the crit value does not change at all. I am far from capped so it cant be a capping issue. Anyone else experience this?

    Yes I just noticed the same and sent a ticket in to the support team. So its up to them now to review and make fixes.
