PC Winter Artifact "pack" Can't use pack coupon

The artifact pack with story teller artifacts will not allow you to use a pack discount coupon. There is no other sale on this, other event items allow coupon. Why won't this one work?

    1. This Storyteller pack is not under "Pack" section of Zen market, similar to mount coupon which does not apply to mount which is not under mount section. Simril Starlight Pack in "Event" section allows this coupon because it is also listed in "Pack" section.
    2. "Companion Upgrade Pack", "Mount Upgrade Pack", "Mythic Insignia Pack", ...., etc also do not take Pack coupon because they are not listed in "Pack" section.
    3. This Storyteller pack allows coupon. You can use 20% off Any item coupon.
