Unable to equip ghost and polar bear companion bonus

Hello my ghost and polar bear cub are not showing any companion bonuses to equip. I tried regular customer support and when they looked into it they told me it was a bug that a developer would have to fix. They sent me a link to post here saying you guys could help me.
